Ability to develop business relationships

Experience with Landlords, developers, institutional owners
Knowledge of design development and construction documents
Ability to manage ground-up development projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read commercial leases
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
