The Technical Support Specialist will investigate and resolve production issues, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and participate in the technical design and peer code reviews.
The successful candidate should be receptive to working later hours to accommodate US-based team and user support.

Must-have
Proficient in C# and .NET
Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework
Experience triaging and resolving production issues
Familiarity with .NET web services patterns
Experience with code versioning and continuous integration
Ability to write clean and maintainable code

Experience with Angular, Python, XML and JSON
Experience working in life sciences field
Experience with unit testing of components

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science
Minimum 5+ years system development experience
Experience in regulated industry
