Job Summary
Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial customers in partnership with the relationship manager, providing support and oversight of reporting for portfolio management.
Prepare credit packages for annual reviews, renewals, loan requests, portfolio reviews and criticized asset reviews, and structure and underwrite complex commercial loan transactions.
Serve as contact for, provide support of and responses to internal audits, loan review, compliance reviews and regulatory exams for the bank.
