Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and maintaining their environment to ensure comfort and safety.
Observe and report changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
