  • You will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of payroll systems, processes, and legislative requirements to ensure accurate and compliant payroll execution.
  • The specialist will manage, execute, and provide support for one or more payroll processes, ensuring timely and precise payroll runs for Taiwan & China region.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR relevant experience across multiple APAC countries
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • Comprehensive understanding of Payroll Legislation and Labor Law across multiple APAC countries
  • Proven experience supporting or leading payroll transformation initiatives
