You will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of payroll systems, processes, and legislative requirements to ensure accurate and compliant payroll execution.
The specialist will manage, execute, and provide support for one or more payroll processes, ensuring timely and precise payroll runs for Taiwan & China region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience
Minimum of 3 years of HR relevant experience across multiple APAC countries
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written)
Comprehensive understanding of Payroll Legislation and Labor Law across multiple APAC countries
Proven experience supporting or leading payroll transformation initiatives
