Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Order processing using Oracle JD Edwards
Experience with SAP and BaaN systems
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Adherence to performance metrics and SLAs
Ability to work across multiple shifts
Customer oriented service delivery

Excellent verbal and written communication
Highly detail-oriented and organized

Key Requirements
3-5 years order management experience
