Job Summary

  • The Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (DME) Specialist / Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will work closely with the Program Manager to support day-to-day program operations and assist with the development and execution of the program’s sustainment goals, strategic objectives, and financial goals.
  • In this dual-hatted role, the individual will design and implement program surveys—including sampling, tool development, digital data collection, and field supervision—to generate high-quality evidence on program performance and outcomes.

  • Proven experience in completing inventories, using Excel, and creating reports
  • Ability to lead Ukrainian local national teams
