Salary
Base: $75k annually; Bonus: $2k signing bonus ($500 on first paycheck, $500 after 60 days, $1k after 90 days); Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k matching, Travel discounts
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2+ years supervisory experience in Food and Beverage
Proficiency with Open Table reservation system
Experience with MICROS or other POS systems
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Nice-to-have
Previous hotel and fine dining experience preferred
Strong cross-cultural sensitivity and leadership skills
Knowledge of Microsoft applications for reporting
Key Requirements
Two plus years of supervisory or assistant manager experience
Current work authorization in the United States required
Fluency in English is mandatory
