Europcar Inc is seeking a Quality & Migrations Lead to design and implement a Quality Management System while managing process transitions into their Shared Services Center. Job Summary

  • This dual-impact role is critical for our expansion; you will be the architect of our Quality Management System (QMS) while simultaneously leading the seamless transition of business processes from various countries into our SSC.
  • Design and deploy robust a Quality Management System across the SSC to ensure service consistency and lead the strategic planning and execution required to achieve ISO 9001 certification in the medium term.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of process migrations from countries to the SSC, acting as the primary bridge between country-level leadership and SSC operational teams.
