Key Requirements
4-6 years strategic sourcing/supply chain experience
Experience with utility-scale solar, eBOS
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
Proven experience managing global supplier base
Deep knowledge of wire harness manufacturing processes
Experience with NPI and managing complex projects
Well versed with strategic sourcing methodology
Demonstrated track record of successful cost reduction
