Job Summary
The global team manages the life-cycle of securities lending activity—collateral, reconciliations, recalls/returns, buy-ins, corporate actions, and oversight—while modernizing processes and technology to scale safely.
The Senior Specialist is responsible for defining, designing, and driving the next generation of workflows, technology capabilities, and automation that enable scale and reduce operational risk.
Success in this role means creating and delivering on an actionable operational improvements’ roadmap, influencing stakeholders, delivering prioritized outcomes, improving process health against quality and risk targets, and improving scalability.
