Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Experience in reception or concierge field
Fluency in English and local language
Strong PC literacy and Outlook proficiency
Ability to maintain high security awareness
Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse clients
Nice-to-have
Previous catering or hospitality experience
Facilities Management exposure background
Knowledge of SharePoint and booking platforms
Background in security procedures protocols
Understanding of local area services options
