Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per OT Board requirements.
Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides and communicate with supervisor and health team members regarding patient progress and plans.
Participate in discharge planning and instruct patient families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training.
