Key Requirements

  • 6+ years in transaction services, M&A advisory or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • CA or CFA qualification (or in progress) desirable
  • Strong analytical, report writing, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel when client needs require
