  • The Shop Manager position holds overall responsibility for their shop, taking ownership and initiative to drive performance through managing KPIs, ensuring customers have the best possible shopping experience, developing the team and ensuring White Stuff’s presence in the local community.
  • Key responsibilities include training and coaching the team to deliver an amazing in-store customer experience, evaluating floor layout and sales trends, and leading promotions and key trading weeks.
