  • The Military Talent Scheme (MTS) for Service Leavers aims to support the transition into the civilian workplace by providing a 7- or 12-week unpaid placement.
  • At the end of the placement, there will be the opportunity to move into a paid role, performance dependant.
  • The MTS placement will broaden knowledge of the Financial Services industry, develop an understanding of the corporate environment, leverage skills and gain sector experience.
