Job Summary

  • Monitors trade activities such as sell-in/sell-out data, estimated inventory levels, etc. and maintains tracking logs to help ensure commercial agreements are respected, any anomalies are recognized and escalated appropriately.
  • Acts as the Country Lead for the Service Cloud customer request management system for Canada, representing the Canadian Commercial Trade operations perspective with cross-functional stakeholders; maintaining platform governance, ensuring timely triage and escalation, and driving adherence to SLAs.
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities across processes and systems, demonstrating expertise in optimization and data analytics with ability to design improvements and coordinate implementation with local or global teams as necessary.
