Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance to work on high-impact federal contracts.

Salary
Base: $157,500 - $236,300 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years technical program management experience
US citizenship required for federal contracts
Strong understanding of SDLC and cloud environments
Experience leading SaaS development and migrations
Ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies
Nice-to-have
Proactive ownership-driven mindset
Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, or CMMC compliance
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Active or ability to obtain TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance
10+ years in technical program management on federal initiatives
5+ years leading SaaS development and business improvement
