Job Summary

  • As a member of the Computer Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless and continuous operation of the bank’s IT systems across multiple platforms within a 24x7 Command Center environment.
  • You will lead a team of 7-8 Operators, overseeing daily operations, managing batch jobs, and representing IT Operations on incident calls to ensure speedy resolution.
