  • The Workforce Planning Manager role is accountable for workforce planning and analytics alongside end-to-end ownership of schedule reconciliation and workforce data controls to protect pay accuracy, regulatory compliance and operational integrity across Retail Operations.
  • This role operates at the intersection of analytics, workforce governance and operational decision-making, designing, maintaining and improving workforce models and ensuring data accuracy and auditability.
  • The position involves partnering with COO leaders, Risk and Audit to ensure workforce data integrity, compliance with Enterprise Agreements and audit readiness.
