This role serves as the go-to person for local and global HR operations, onboarding, engagement activities, and internal HR communications.
The position supports HR initiatives across Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and North Macedonia to ensure consistency and collaboration.
Candidates will drive local initiatives around culture, well-being, and diversity & inclusion while advising managers on HR policies and tools.

Must-have
2-5 years HR payroll experience
Fluent in Croatian and English
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR
