  • Provide structured analysis support for channel trade terms and national projects, build and maintain an evaluation framework for cross-departmental projects, and form quantitative/semi-quantitative judgment basis from dimensions such as resource occupation, execution complexity, and replicability.
  • Regularly output key insights on channels and industries (competitors/industry trends/platform rule changes, etc.) as input for strategy integration and release.
