Key Requirements

  • Graduate of a LPN school program
  • Current NYS Licensure as an LPN
  • Required to obtain CT Licensure within 3 months of hire
  • BLS Certified upon hire
  • IV and or Phlebotomy skills preferred
  • Ability to work in all 6 UCC locations
