You will be required to participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
The role involves ensuring that a sufficient number of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for each shift to meet the daily nursing care needs of every resident.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Current CPR certification
PCC knowledge preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
