  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local standards.
  • You will be required to participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
  • The role involves ensuring that a sufficient number of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for each shift to meet the daily nursing care needs of every resident.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in this state
  • Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification
  • PCC knowledge preferred
  • Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
