As an EDA Product Engineer for the Sigirty & Clarity family of products, you will be responsible for capturing the requirements of, developing, testing and delivering software integrations between Sigirty / Clarity and other EDA tools within the Cadence EDA portfolio

Job Summary

  • As an EDA Product Engineer for the Sigirty & Clarity family of products, you will be responsible for capturing the requirements of, developing, testing and delivering software integrations between Sigirty / Clarity and other EDA tools within the Cadence EDA portfolio.
  • You will work closely with other members of the Product Engineering and R&D teams to respond to development and enhancement requests, focusing primarily upon the usability and user experience of Sigirty and Clarity and their interactions with other Cadence tools.
  • The annual salary range for California is $154,000 to $286,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits.

Key Requirements

  • Master or Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Electromagnetic Engineering (or related field)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Antenna, RF circuit design
  • Knowledge of 3D computational electromagnetics (FEM, FDTD, MoM)
  • Familiar with industry electromagnetics software
  • Familiar with RF and antenna design tools (Clarity, Microwave office, EMX)
  • Understand PCB, Package SI/PI simulation
  • Familiar with SI/PI tools (PowerSI, OptimizPI, XtractIM)
  • Oral and written English proficiency
