Job Summary
This position is responsible for planning, executing projects within scope, time, budget and building and managing project teams.
Manage projects within the established scope, schedule and budget, and oversee risk management efforts.
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with external parties as representatives of PEC including landowners, cities, counties, government agencies, title companies, real estate groups, developers at job sites and other locations.
