Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for helping the Sanding Supervisor oversee the team, while tracking production progress, ensuring quality standards and production goals are met, while maintaining the workflow.
  • Sand and finish wood composite baseball bats to a high-quality standard, review output of other team members, and provide recommendations to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards, trains and mentors team members, and monitors machinery, processes and work layouts.
