Job Summary

  • You will be a leader on our team of Strategic Analytics professionals, reporting to the CFO.
  • Champion value creation within the organization and own end-to-end solution development for questions and problems identified by senior leadership.
  • This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work required on Wednesdays and Thursdays to support collaboration, and flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

Salary

Base: $175,000 CAD - $190,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for variable compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of business operations, corporate strategy, or management consulting experience
  • Proficiency in developing strategy
  • Strong business analytics and financial acumen
  • Industry expertise in clean-tech, high-tech, consumer electronics, energy services and/or SAAS subscription-based sectors
  • Critical thinking
  • Exceptional communicator & proven ability to build relationships
