Job Summary
Responsible for the shift operation of the Security department activities and personnel, overseeing the safety, security, and assistance of team members, guests, and the company.
Monitors the activities of all security personnel during their assigned shift to ensure compliance with department and company policies and procedures, and schedules, evaluates, and monitors subordinate personnel.
Provides clear, concise incident reports, daily logs, and documentation for shift activities and incidents, and investigates and follows up on all shift reports and activities.
