Job Summary

• As the Solution Architect, you will work within the People Technology team, managing Workday as the core HR system and surrounding satellite applications, with over 100 integrations with downstream enterprise systems.
• You will lead the solution architecture and roadmap for People products, defining how it underpins core HR processes and integrates with the wider enterprise ecosystem, including designing and directing the build of Workday Extend applications.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across HR, Engineering, and other Business functions, building alignment on enterprise problem statements, priorities, and technical direction.
