Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Terminal degree in Counseling or related field
  • University-level teaching experience required
  • Experience with Blackboard Ultra LMS
  • Knowledge of CACREP and CAEP accreditation standards
  • In-person residency in Little Rock area required

  • Experience teaching across online and hybrid modalities
  • Active involvement in professional organizations
  • Record of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
  • Collegial attitude toward faculty and staff interaction
  • Ability to manage grant budgets effectively

Key Requirements

  • Terminal degree in Counseling, Health Education, ASL, Communication Sciences, or Sports Management
  • Proven college/university teaching experience in relevant disciplines
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HLC and specialty accreditations
  • Legal authority to work in the United States on first day of employment
