This position is a 12-month, tenured Associate or Full Professor role responsible for ensuring adherence to accreditation standards for all School programs.
The Director will provide comprehensive management for the School, including scheduling classes, planning faculty workloads, and managing unit financial status.

Must-have
Terminal degree in Counseling or related field
University-level teaching experience required
Experience with Blackboard Ultra LMS
Knowledge of CACREP and CAEP accreditation standards
In-person residency in Little Rock area required
Nice-to-have
Experience teaching across online and hybrid modalities
Active involvement in professional organizations
Record of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
Collegial attitude toward faculty and staff interaction
Ability to manage grant budgets effectively
Key Requirements
Terminal degree in Counseling, Health Education, ASL, Communication Sciences, or Sports Management
Proven college/university teaching experience in relevant disciplines
Demonstrable knowledge of HLC and specialty accreditations
Legal authority to work in the United States on first day of employment
