Job Summary

• The District Services Manager (DSM) is a critical role in the Home Services (installation) organization, managing Service Providers and driving quality and customer service.
• Responsibilities include managing Service Provider relationships, recruitment, retention, performance, and issue resolution, as well as driving store awareness and engagement for Home Services.
• This role involves ensuring personal and team training and development, with direct reporting to the Field Director Services and managing 4 direct reports.
