Base: $103,200.00 - $192,000.00; Bonus/Equity: May include commission structure and performance-based incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, retirement savings plans
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced degree in Data Science or Statistics
5+ years of data science experience
In-depth knowledge of XGBoosting and LSTM models
Experience with GenAI LLM models
Proficiency in MLOps and model deployment workflows
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks
Nice-to-have
Strong data visualization and communication skills
Ability to manage ambiguity in dynamic environments
