Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • Eight years of Quality Engineering experience
  • U.S. citizenship for security clearance
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Experience with FAIRs and Root Cause Analysis
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
  • Weekend shift availability (Fri-Sun)

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing experience
  • Semiconductor manufacturing background
  • Cleanroom environment experience
  • J-STD-001 familiarity
  • AS9145 APQP expertise
  • SAP or PRISM ERP tool proficiency

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Eight years related Quality Engineering experience
  • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance status
  • Experience with First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
  • Proficiency in interpreting drawings and BOMs
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 systems
