Job Summary

  • Responsible for operational support of internal Sales Teams, Account Managers & Principals to ensure successful Lead to Order opportunity management.
  • Manage Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities from Pipeline to Close, including updating stages, forecast categories, products, revenue allocation, and processing deals with finance.
  • Coordinate the Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, including pricing, resource hours, budgets, and project assignments.
