Job Summary
Responsible for operational support of internal Sales Teams, Account Managers & Principals to ensure successful Lead to Order opportunity management.
Manage Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities from Pipeline to Close, including updating stages, forecast categories, products, revenue allocation, and processing deals with finance.
Coordinate the Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, including pricing, resource hours, budgets, and project assignments.
