Key Requirements
University degree in health sciences, economics, business administration, pharmacy, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, payer relations, HEOR, or related areas in Colombia
Deep knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system, reimbursement, and contracting processes
Experience preparing value dossiers, budget impact analyses, or economic models
Advanced level of English (C1 or above) and Spanish required
