Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing capital projects and budgets, and helping ensure that global facility and real estate programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Support VP and Regional Directors in planning, execution, and delivery of global facilities and real estate projects, including office buildouts, relocations, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Standardizing global facilities and real estate project processes to improve scalability and efficiency.

Key Requirements
8+ years of progressive experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience managing multiple capital projects
Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling
