Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic leader within the Human Resources department at Snowbird, focusing on leadership development, building business acumen within our leaders, and driving a positive culture and employee experience across the organization.
Lead and manage frequent and complex ER cases from intake through resolution, including investigations, documentation, performance concerns, policy violations and workplace conflict.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
Prior experience in a fast-moving, larger organization
Experience in hospitality, ski resort, or seasonal business environments preferred
Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite
