Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic leader within the Human Resources department at Snowbird, focusing on leadership development, building business acumen within our leaders, and driving a positive culture and employee experience across the organization.
  • Lead and manage frequent and complex ER cases from intake through resolution, including investigations, documentation, performance concerns, policy violations and workplace conflict.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Prior experience in a fast-moving, larger organization
  • Experience in hospitality, ski resort, or seasonal business environments preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite
