Job Summary
This role leads the strategy, design, and execution of Salesforce and Sales CRM initiatives across the region while reporting to the Head of Sales Operations.

The position requires designing end-to-end lead-to-cash processes, maintaining a 12-18 month Salesforce roadmap, and establishing governance frameworks for over 200 users.
