Key Requirements

  • Industrial Quality experience (preferably microelectronics)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and sector standards (EN9100/ISO13485/IPC 610)
  • Familiarity with Quality tools and problem-solving methods (PDCA, 8D, AMDEC, 5 Whys, QQOQCP, DMAIC)
  • Advanced use of ERP systems (operations, BOM, traceability)
  • Knowledge of semiconductor, military, and space standards (JEDEC, ESCC, MIL)
  • Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis methods and software (JMP, Minitab, Excel)
