  • You will be a key factor in enabling growth in digital experiences for contract and consumer clients.
  • Establish and scale the Agile Coaching practice in Bangalore and build a community of practices to foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in IT-related field or equivalent
  • 12 years of overall experience
  • 5 years Agile Coach / Scrum Master experience
  • Scrum Master certification is mandatory
  • SAFe Agile certification preferred
  • ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) preferred
  • ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) preferred
  • Proficiency with agile tools
