Job Summary
The HEOR Associate Director will participate in the shaping and execution of HEOR strategies that optimize the value proposition for Vertex’s CF and early pipeline assets.
Leads execution of complex HEOR evidence generation studies, with focus on prospective and retrospective observational studies, COA strategy, and PRO measure development and validation.
Partners and works closely with Global Pricing and Market Access to support development of product value proposition/value messaging and co-lead development of robust Global launch deliverables.

Salary
Base: $176,000 - $264,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards; Benefits: Market-leading benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, educational assistance, 401(k)
