Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel providing healthcare and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, ensuring resident safety and utmost respect.
  • Assists the DON in the design, implementation, and evaluation of nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintains and promotes resident rights.
