Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected abuse immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, food intake, mobility, and maintaining a calm environment while adhering to strict confidentiality policies.
