Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Quality control workflows for imaging systems
Develop and optimize imaging protocols
Evaluate new imaging technologies
Support users with training and consultation
Troubleshoot technical issues with imaging systems
Stay current with scientific literature in microscopy
Nice-to-have
Computational image analysis and scripting
Advanced microscopy techniques
Experience with immunofluorescence labeling
Experience with cell culture and molecular biology
Familiarity with major imaging software platforms
Prior involvement in training and curriculum development
Key Requirements
PhD in Biophysics, Cell Biology, Neuroscience, Cancer Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related disciplines
Extensive hands-on experience with light microscopy
Experience in quantitative imaging, quality control, benchmarking, and/or protocol development
Ability to manage diverse, rapidly changing responsibilities
