The Home Health Aide provides assistance with personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, walking, and feeding while maintaining a healthy and safe environment.
Candidates must have a certificate from a Home Health Aide training program consistent with State requirements and evidence of ongoing in-service education.
The role requires the ability to lift, turn, and transfer clients as well as lifting up to 50 pounds while following the Care Plan completed by the Nursing Supervisor.
