Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
State Board of Nursing good standing
PDPM tools and MDS assessment completion
Interdisciplinary care plan coordination
Federal and state regulatory compliance
Nice-to-have
3 years supervisory experience preferred
Long term care experience preferred
PCC software knowledge preferred
Microsoft Suite proficiency required
Ability to make independent decisions
Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing with BSN
Must be in good standing with State Board of Nursing
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Maintain all required continuing education and licensing
