Job Summary

• The Controls Team monitor and assess the integrity and effectiveness of the internal control framework to support the mitigation of risk and protection of the operational, financial, and reputational risk of the business.
• As the Senior Controls Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and overseeing the delivery and execution of strategies for maintaining the overall risk and control framework and embedding a culture of responsibility and accountability across the business.
• This role is vital in ensuring we meet our risk and control obligations and comply with the expectations of the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
