M&G plc is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Support Lead to manage functional support for Oracle Fusion cloud ERP applications within their Corporate Finance Technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion and proven team leadership skills to oversee support analysts and engage with stakeholders effectively

Job Summary

  • Provide expert-level support across Oracle Finance Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Cash Management, Transaction Tax, Intercompany, and BPM Approvals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for business users regarding Oracle Fusion-related queries and issues, communicating effectively to manage expectations and provide updates.
  • Allocate and supervise work across team members, ensuring balanced workloads and timely resolution of support tickets, while mentoring junior analysts.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Finance ERP application support
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion P2P and R2R processes
  • Strong practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion configurations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or IT
  • Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent certifications
  • Oracle certifications in P2P or R2R modules
  • CBAP, PMP, or Business Transformation/Finance Functional certifications are a plus
