  • Analyze reported in-service events and queries to identify potential impacts and provide appropriate responses, acting as the 'Voice of the Customer'.
  • Work with the In-service systems engineering team for Bleed & Air Systems, answering customer queries and providing on-site/virtual assistance where necessary.
